Untitled [Intersection] 2008A monthly poetry & contemporary performance art series in SeattleThe only series that sends you home with a work of art! UNTITLED [INTERSECTION], 2008.The 4th Friday of every month, 7-9pm, experimental performance artists and experienced poets in the Phinney Center Gallery. Phinney Neighborhood Association is a community center with multi-use rooms off a central art gallery. Readings and performances take place in the gallery on the second floor. Untitled [Intersection] was conceived as a live art event, designed to strengthen the Seattle arts community by cross-fertilizing, fostering dialog between genres and bringing fresh talent to the fore. Artist manifestos are compiled and printed into cheap booklets, Untitled Manifesto, with hand-printed covers. We want to provide the public with a look at the direction of art in Seattle and offer our artists a chance to define their objectives and meditate on their work and life.
